These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Statera Software ApS ("Statera", "we", "us", or "our"), CVR 45930920, and any services, demos, or communications offered through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The website and services
The website provides information about Statera's reporting platform and lets you contact us or request a demo. Any provision of the Statera platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organisation) and Statera. These Terms apply to your use of the public website and any pre-contractual interactions.

- Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorisation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with the District Court of Aarhus (Retten i Aarhus) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
